Working under their direction across the three destinations is an extended team: transport companies and drivers, hotels and lodges, interpreters, marketing specialists and travel agencies — all held to a single standard.
Katherine leads the company and sets its commercial direction. She defines the standard of every HOWENH experience, approves each itinerary before it is offered and holds the senior relationship with travel agencies, partner hotels and private clients.
Eduardo directs the financial and operational side of the company. He negotiates the terms of the supplier network, governs the cost structure behind every journey and is accountable for the operating standard that guarantees each itinerary is delivered exactly as promised.
